Shipping Policy Overview

We strive to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. All products undergo quality checks before dispatch. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

• Courier name
• Delivery status link

By placing an order, you agree to the policies stated below.

Order Processing Time (Delivery in Prague)

• Standard orders: 1–3 business days
• Promotional or high-demand items: 3–7 business days
• Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

If there is a delay beyond normal processing time, our support team will notify you via email.

Failed, Refused or Returned Deliveries

If a parcel is returned due to:

We may refund the product amount minus:

If the error is from our side, we will cover all additional costs.
