Thank you for choosing Eternity Australia Optical. Our eyewear is designed with premium materials, strict quality control, and CE-certified safety standards.

This Warranty Policy outlines what is covered, how long coverage lasts, and how to make a warranty claim.

Warranty Coverage

All Eternity Australia Optical sunglasses and optical frames purchased through our official website or authorized retailers come with a:

⭐ 12-Month Limited Manufacturer Warranty

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

  • Frame structural defects
  • Faulty hinges or welding points
  • Lens coating defects (not caused by misuse)
  • Manufacturing issues affecting normal wearability
  • Logo or engraving defects

This warranty begins on the date of delivery, not the date of purchase.

What Is Not Covered

  • ✘ Accidental damage (drops, impacts, bending)
  • ✘ Scratches on lenses or frame from normal use
  • ✘ Damage caused by heat, chemicals, saltwater, or improper cleaning
  • ✘ Lost or stolen products
  • ✘ Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • ✘ Wear and tear from daily usage
  • ✘ Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand markets

Valid Proof of Purchase Required

Customers must provide at least one of the following:

  • Order confirmation email
  • Receipt or invoice
  • Warranty/Serial number card (if included)
  • Official retailer proof of purchase

Without proof of purchase, warranty claims cannot be processed.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a claim, email us at:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Photos or videos showing the defect clearly
  • Brief description of the issue

Our support team will respond within 3–7 business days.

Repair, Replacement, or Store Credit

If a claim is approved, we will determine the best solution depending on product availability and damage assessment.

  • ✔ Replacement (same or equivalent model)
  • ✔ Repair (if the defect is minor and repairable)
  • ✔ Store credit or partial refund (if the product is discontinued)

Replacement products do not extend or reset the original warranty period.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

If the defect is verified, return or replacement shipping may be covered by Eternity Australia Optical.

If the claim is denied, shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

International Warranty Validity

This warranty applies to purchases made in:

  • Czech Republic
  • European Union Member Countries
  • United Kingdom
  • Other supported international regions

Products Purchased from Retailers

Warranty applies only if purchased from:

  • ✔ Authorized distributors
  • ✔ Verified partner retail stores

Products purchased from unauthorized shops, resellers, or marketplaces are not eligible.

CE & Compliance Assurance

  • EU CE Safety Certification
  • UV Protection Standards (UV400)
  • ISO eyewear manufacturing requirements (where applicable)

This warranty is provided in addition to your legal rights under:
