Eternity Australia Optical – Warranty & Guarantee Terms & Conditions


1. Guarantee

We provide a 3-month (90 days) guarantee from the date of purchase. During this period, if the product is found to have manufacturing defects, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge.

2. Warranty

We offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. It does not imply that the product will remain free of wear and tear over the warranty period.

3. Proof of Purchase

A valid, original purchase receipt or invoice must be provided when making a claim. Photo copies, altered receipts, or proof from unauthorized sellers will not be accepted.

4. Coverage

The warranty and guarantee cover: Manufacturing defects in frames and lenses. Loose or faulty hinges caused by normal use. Peeling or fading of coating due to manufacturing issues.

5. Exclusions

The warranty and guarantee do not cover:
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling.
  • Scratches, chips, or cracks in lenses resulting from normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, excessive heat, or improper cleaning agents.
  • Any cosmetic changes (color fading due to sun exposure, minor marks, etc.) that do not affect functionality.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces.
  • Loss, theft, or intentional damage.

6. Claim Process

  • Contact Eternity Australia Optical Customer Care via our official email or website, providing proof of purchase, product details, and a clear description of the issue.
  • Our team will assess the product to determine if the issue falls within warranty or guarantee coverage.
  • Shipping costs for sending the product to our service center will be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
  • If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
  • In cases where the original model is unavailable, a similar product of equal value will be provided.

7. Limitations

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Replacement or repair under warranty does not extend or renew the original warranty period.
  • The decision of Eternity Australia Optical regarding warranty or guarantee claims shall be final and binding.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for following all product care instructions provided by Eternity Australia Optical. Failure to follow care instructions may void the warranty and guarantee.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
